Federal Energy Management Program
The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) builds the capacity of the federal agency workforce to achieve efficient, clean, secure and resilient energy use in facilities and fleets—saving taxpayer money and reducing environmental impact.

Office of Critical and Emerging Technologies
The Office of Critical and Emerging Technologies (CET) leverages capabilities and expertise across the Department of Energy and its 17 National Laboratories to sustain and extend U.S. leadership in technology in support of DOE’s energy, science, and security mission.

Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response
The Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER) leads the Department's efforts to strengthen the security and resilience of the U.S. energy infrastructure against all threats and hazards. CESER leads the Department of Energy's statutory role as the Sector Risk Management Agency for the energy sector.

Office of Electricity
The Office of Electricity leads the Department of Energy’s research, development, and demonstration programs to strengthen and modernize our nation’s power grid so that our nation maintains a reliable, resilient, and secure electricity delivery infrastructure.

The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is working to ensure that all Americans benefit from energy innovation.

Office of Environmental Management
The Office of Environmental Management mission is to address the nation's environmental legacy from the Manhattan Project through the end of the Cold War. This legacy includes some of the world's most dangerous radioactive sites with large amounts of radioactive wastes, spent nuclear fuel, excess plutonium and uranium, and contaminated facilities, soil and groundwater.

Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management
The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) invests in research, development, demonstration, and deployment projects to reduce emissions from fossil energy production and use and key industrial processes, while strengthening U.S. energy and critical minerals security. FECM is committed to improving the economic and environmental conditions of communities, retaining, and creating good-paying jobs, and supporting domestic energy, industrial production, and manufacturing across our nation.

Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs
The Office of Indian Energy partners with Indian Tribes and Alaska Native Corporations to catalyze Tribal energy development, efficiency and use, reduce or stabilize energy costs, enhance and strengthen Tribal energy infrastructure, and deliver affordable reliable energy to Tribal lands and homes.

Office of Legacy Management
The Office of Legacy Management's mission is to fulfill the Department of Energy’s post-closure responsibilities and ensure the future protection of human health and the environment. DOE has taken significant environmental cleanup steps, and we are protecting the outcome of that work with long-term stewardship.

Office of Nuclear Energy
The Office of Nuclear Energy works to advance nuclear energy science and technology to meet the nation's energy, environmental, and economic needs.

Office of State and Community Energy Programs
The Office of State and Community Energy Programs supports a wide range of stakeholders by investing in place-based strategies that accelerate the development of innovative energy technologies to bolster communities, create jobs, save money, and strengthen energy independence and resiliency.

Bonneville Power Administration
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is a nonprofit federal power marketing administration that sources electrical power from 31 federal dams to service power needs in the Northwest United States, including Idaho, Oregon, Washington, western Montana and small parts of eastern Montana, California, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
